• Design and creation of a new facade and awning for this downtown space
• High-end glazed commercial entrace solutions
• New glazed facade to flood the lobby space with natural light
• Design and manufacture a new cafe shopfront.
• New glazed windows for level 6/7/8 to look out onto King Street where previously an airbridge was in place
• Working in site constraints, access limitations, and limiting interruptions to the space

Scope of works:

• Supply and installation of a new glazing system for an external lift shaft. 
• Creation of a glazed awning for level 4 of the historic building
• Additional internal glazing works including balustrades and glazed entry ways

Scope of works:

• Installation of custom made nosing and gutter panels

Government Infrastructure

Scope of works:

• Refurbishment of the iconic glasshouse, with a project scope, focused on glazing works and installations.
• Installation of curved glass installation, arc facades, main facade, and skylights.
• Working in high-risk surroundings and circumstances to complete this complex project with no issue.

Scope of works:

• Provide a fully watertight and condensation resistant solution for this project.
• All panels craned into position from underneath.
• A custom glazed roof with 50 mm thick double glazed glass panels weighing up to 1.4 tonnes each.
• 360 m2 total glazed roof area, with custom framing suites and glass.

Mix Use

Scope of works:

• This 32-story building required multiple elements to recreate and upgrade the ground-level space.
• Scope included retail facade glazing, glazing work for the Pitt St canopy, specified framed glazing for the foyer, and high-level windows. 
• Compliance issued frit glass procured and installed for the project.
• Entire project was completed in a live space, safety was a key priority for these works.

• Installation of new glazed elevator lift shaft
• 3D modelling and 3D scans allowed us to drill down to the millimetre to order the custom glass, and keep the existing structure open for operation
• Crane lift each panel of glass up 22 metres, over the scaffolding to install
• Custom design glass with custom patch fittings
